One of the advantages to you, as a vendor, is that your RFP responses are automatically reused on the next Wayferry RFP.

When you respond to a Wayferry RFP and rate your product against requirements, you rate your product against Navigator library requirements through that RFP. Those ratings will already be there when you respond to another Wayferry RFP. You can reuse your response (ratings), and there is no need to do that work again!

However, we continuously improve library requirements, and some ratings will need to be verified or updated. We track this with the last edit dates on the requirement and your rating.

When your rating's last edit date is older than the last edit date of a requirement, that rating will show on the "Verify product ratings" list. To open the list, click the [Verify product ratings] button to see a screen similar to the screenshot below.

To update your rating, open a requirement. Verify that your rating is still correct and click the [Save, verify & close] button (or the [Save & verify).

Even if you made no change to the rating, this will update the "Rating last edit date" which will cause the requirement to drop off the "Verify product Requirement Ratings" list.
