The Navigator provides a top-level overview of how your team is responding to the RFP in the RFP Gap Analysis report. You can open the RFP Gap Analysis from the list of RFPs by selecting the RFP and clicking on the button:
This button will open an RFP Gap Analysis report that looks similar to the screenshot below.
This report shows you exactly where you are in terms of responding to the RFP. See in the screenshot above:
(1) The overall percentage of the RFP completed (93.3%)
(2) The total number of requirements completed on the RFP (2272)
(3) The total number of requirements on the RFP. (2435)
You can also see where you are for any root requirement
(4) The percentage of Financial requirements completed (95.41%)
(5) the number of Financial requirements completed (395)
(6) the total number of requirements under the Financials root requirement (414)
You can drill down into any root requirement
(7) Click the “+” to expand the root requirement and see the child requirements (see below).
(8) You can expand or collapse all requirements.
(9) Shows WHEN the data on the report was last refreshed.
(10) Click the button to refresh the data on the report. It takes about 5 minutes to refresh an RFP with about 2500 requirements on it, and longer if there are more requirements.
In the RFP screenshot above, the RFP Responder team has almost completed the CRM & SFA and CPQ requirements (98.6%), is a little over halfway through the Financials requirements (71.7%), and has yet to start on the security requirements.
