After the RFP closes the Navigator does an automatic gap analysis and measures how well each product meets the buyer’s prioritized requirements. Based on this gap analysis the buyer will select 2 (or occasionally 3) products for demonstration.
The buyer also decides what requirements they want to be demonstrated, and these are listed on the demo script page of the RFP. Note that as of July 2022 this is an MVP (minimum viable product). We are still working on the functionality, and it will improve over the next few months.
To open the demo script go to your list of RFPs and select the appropriate RFP. Then click the [Demo script] button (1) as shown below.
Below is a screenshot of a demo script. The demo script is a list of requirements and the buyer wants to see how your software meets those requirements.

As of late April 2022, the demo script is not ordered and requirements are not grouped in any way. This is an early functional release and will be improved.

You can control the columns that appear in the demo script by clicking on the “eye” icon at the top right corner (1). Use checkboxes to add or remove columns to the demo script view. You can also use “drag and drop” to control the order of the columns in the demo script.
<aside> 💡 If the demo script contains the words “The demo script is not available at this time, please check back soon.” this means the buyer has not yet specified any demo requirements.
