To search an RFP for requirements, open the RFP to the “Rate product requirements” page. You will see a screen similar to the screenshots below. Wayferry displays all requirements on an evaluation and uses filters to remove unwanted requirements and narrow down the list until you find what you want. This page explains how to use the filters.
Click the List view from the screenshot below to get to the main page
Search for a particular requirement by ID number. You can search on 4 digits or the full number. Only one requirement will be returned when you use this search.
If your search returns nothing, clear the filters (14), reenter the Req ID, and try again.
When you open the RFP to the “Rate product requirements” page, the filters will not show. Use the show or hide filters button (1) to toggle between showing and hiding the filters.
Use this filter field to search for requirement names that start with the text you specify. This field searches only the requirement name field and no other fields.
This filter field searches all fields on a requirement for the text you specify. When you enter multiple words separated by spaces, the search uses a logical AND, for example:
Search: attach email
The search is for: attach AND email
You can also use a logical OR in your search:
Search: attach email or account
The search is for: attach AND email OR account; AND takes precedence over OR so the search is effectively:
(attach AND email) OR account
Note that parens are not supported, e.g. you cannot use: attach AND (email OR account). If you do type parens in the search, they are included in the search text.
If your search includes a Req ID, all requirements that contain the Req ID will be returned. If you want to search for a specific Req ID, use the Req ID filter field (5)
