Q: Can I respond to the RFP with a spreadsheet? A: No. There is no way to export requirements or import your responses. We did consider spreadsheets, but since it is more work to respond to RFPs that way, we dropped the idea. In particular, where you fully meet the requirement, there is no need to copy and paste comments.

Q: Can I share a Navigator login with several team members?

A: You can, but it is not a good idea. If you have a wrong product rating, you will want to know who entered it into the Navigator. If you used a shared login, there is no way to find that out.

To request additional accounts, send Tanzeel Rahman (Tanzeel.rahman@wayferry.com) each person's name, email address, and time zone. They will be created within a day or so.

Q: What is the optimum monitor size when working with the Navigator?

A: The page layouts used in the Navigator were designed for an HD monitor, i.e. 1920 by 1080. While you can use a smaller monitor, e.g. from a laptop, there may be a significant trimming of some text.

Q: Some screenshots are too small to read. How do I make them larger?

A: Click on an image and it will zoom up to its original size. Try it with the screenshot below. Click a second time and the image will shrink back to its original size.

Q: Navigator sometime pops up error messages. What do I to?

A: Navigator is an in-house application developed by Wayferry. While these errors pop up, they can be safely ignored. We are slowly fixing them.

Q: How long will it take to complete an RFP?

A: At a high level, we are only interested in WHAT your software can deliver, i.e., what business processes it can run and the outputs delivered by those processes. HOW your software delivers is entirely up to you. When you rate a requirement, most of the time, you specify only two things:
