Navigating from a requirement

From any requirement, you can navigate up the tree, across the tree, or down a tree branch. If you go up to the root requirement, e.g., Financials below, all other root requirements are siblings, and you can go directly to them. Click on any requirement to open it. Note that:

• White rows are parent requirements. You can't rate them, but you can drill down to their child requirements.
• Green rows are leaf requirements that need rating.

Descendants view

If you have difficulty finding requirements in a tree branch, you can use the Descendants View button to flatten the hierarchy below a requirement. You can then scroll through a flat list of all descendant requirements under that parent.

You can access the Descendants view through the RFP home page or the List view

When you open the Descendants view you will see something similar below:

Click on the children's drop down to filter to leaf requirements only.

After you click the Rate Selected Requirements you will see the next screen below:

Here you can rate the rating you would want from the drop down. It will be from Fully meets all the way to does not meet.
