The Navigator has many data grids (lists or views). It stores changes you make to the grids, like the left-to-right screen column order and what columns are shown or hidden.
Occasionally these grids get corrupted, especially when new grid versions are pushed to production as we improve the Navigator. To fix these problems, you must delete the offending grid, which is rebuilt the next time you open it. Follow these steps.
- In the blue menu down the left side of the Navigator, click on your account icon (A).

- This opens your account “My Account” popup. Click on the [Manage grids] button (B).

- This opens a list of all grids you have saved. Find the problematic grid and delete it (C). Then close the grid settings page (D) and the “My Account” popup.

- If you can’t identify the problematic grid, you can even delete all of them, and they will be rebuilt the next time you use them. You will lose any customizations, and they will take a few moments to rebuild when you open them, but you should have fixed the problems.
